The fully deployed constellation will be capable of beaming down high quality imagery of every place on earth every day

Internship Description

Company seeks an enthusiastic and collaborative intern with strong programming skills and curiosity in data analysis and basics of GIS.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for experimentation, testing and optimisation of statistical approach based satellite image fusion models.
• Gathering and assimilation of optical satellite imagery for agricultural use case
• Produce high quality maps using various mapping tools
• Conduct geospatial analysis (raster and vector) in support of agricultural monitoring
  

Requirements

• Ability to code and develop prototypes in Python . Experience with Python libraries like numpy, gdal, rasterio, matplot, seaborn etc..
• Good analytical and mathematics skills .
  
• Analyzing spatial data and having a keen eye to discover patterns and trends in the datase.
• Experience with satellite images and basic experience in geospatial software like QGIS.
• Good communication, presentation skills and ability to work in teams

Duration

Internship duration is 2 to 3 months, ideally starting from 01 July, 2022. Based on performance, a full time offer can be made to the candidate
